Had my grandson's graduation party catered from Casa Di Pietro yesterday! Can not say enough about the DELICIOUS food!!! All my guests were raving and I do believe Casa Di Pietro will gain 40 new diners in the near future! Would give 10 stars if it was available!

One of the best restaurants around. Incredibly friendly staff….super attentive. The food is amazing. We have been there several times and each time the food seems to get better!! The specials are truly special and never disappoint. One of our favorite dishes in the parpadelle in vodka sauce with short ribs. Try this place out. You won’t be disappointed !!

I'm so glad I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday tonight. I cant rave enough about the service and hospitality. Casey was so very pleasant to converse with. You can really see that she loves her job. Giuseppe the owner came to our table and introduced himself. The short ribs were out of this world along with the Swordfish. The cheesecake for dessert topped it off. Don't think twice about trying this restaurant. I wish the owner the best of luck. No doubt this will be the biggest hit around. Congratulations on your new endeavor.

The food was perfectly prepared. Excellent, fresh ingredients where the flavors blended and complimented. The staff was attentive and friendly without interfering with with the sublime food. Allie was a terrific waitress!!

First time at Casa Di Pietro. The food was amazing and Casey was awesome helping us with deciding what to pick from the menu. Great portions, the space is quiet and comfy. BYOB but a liquor store is a couple of steps away. For the foodie aficionados out there, it’s a new spot to try. My family and I were extremely impressed .

We had 12 for dinner. Ambitious for any restaurant. Appetizers were awesome. Each entrée was exceptionally good! I live in Chatham, NJ. I wish this restaurant was in Chatham!!

What a great dining experience just around the block from our house. We started with the mussels and were suprised by such a generous portion. The roasted garlic butter served with the bread was amazing. My husband got the tomahawk pork chop and what a show stopper it was. My padardelle short rib pasta was also great. We will definitely be back!

When it comes to Italian food I’m very hard to impress. Growing up in a traditional Italian home where everything is made fresh and not store bought my palate is extremely picky when dining out at Italian restaurants. To be 100% honest I was so impressed with the freshness, creativity and service that I came back two days later. If you’re a foodie you got to try Casa Di Pietro’s. We started fresh baked bread with garlic butter as well as the burrata and charcuterie board - both very tasty. Next we had the pasta al forno and the pappardelle pasta with braised short rib - without a doubt this was the BEST vodka sauce I’ve ever had and I can’t stop raving about it. We shared dessert and espresso to finish and it was truly a perfect and very filling meal. I can’t wait to bring my fiancé here!

My new go to spot!!! The food was delicious… i ordered pick up and wish that I could have stayed. The ambiance in the restaurant was so inviting, modern, and fresh. Very clean as well. The staff was very friendly. Pictured below is the pappardelle with the braised short rib, vodka sauce, and peas. Absolutely amazing taste, texture, and quality of ingredients. My dad is a very picky eater and said the margarita pizza was perfect, which says a lot coming from him. I had to agree (sauce was bomb and a decent amount of basil which I love). So many menu items I can’t wait to try! Thank you for the great first experience… can’t wait to dine in!

Located in the previous Umberto's, the interior has been redone and has kept cloth table coverings and good qualty cutlery. The new menu is GREAT. The food was delightful to the eye and the palate. A welcome location for business luncheons and evening dining.-BYOB and ample parking. Wood burning pizza's and incredible pastas served on the cobblestone patio will be in great demand.
